The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program at Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) – Tracy offers students a scholarly, yet practical environment, focused on fostering leadership competencies, innovative thinking and the global business skills needed to succeed in today’s business world. Learning Outcomes

MBA students develop a thorough understanding of social and political factors in addition to standard business, management and human resource management principles. The program is structured to encourage the development of professional skills recognized as essential in today’s business environment, including interpersonal communication, critical decision making, quantitative analysis, global business management and leadership. The program combines theory with practice in order to explore the evolving nature of technology, global development, systems thinking, problem solving, ethics, and social responsibility of organizations in an interdisciplinary approach that fosters a comprehensive understanding of modern day practices.

Distinctions of the Tracy MBA Program

A working professional may complete the MBA program within two years and may begin the program in the fall, spring, or summer semesters.
